The congress centre, Plinston Hall, is accessible to people in wheelchairs. All the rooms are on the ground floor, except for the Gallery. To reach the Gallery it is possible to use a chair lift.
For people with hearing problems, there are induction loops for your hearing aids.
If you have some other form of disability or special need, please let us know with your application.
For participants with a smoking disability, we regret that we cannot accomodate your needs! The whole congress centre is a no smoke area.
